Build a recognisable social voice that speaks to the Hybrid audience like a person, not a catalogue. Not just showing the pieces, but bringing them to life: every piece of content had to spark that little flicker of recognition that makes the target stop and feel part of the brand.

CONTEXTUAL REELS

Clothes don't live in shop windows, they live in real moments: a quick breakfast, drinks with friends, an office day that turns into a night out. We built a library of Reels where every piece is worn in everyday situations the Hybrid audience recognises and, most importantly, can picture themselves in.

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

Every comment is a customer telling you something. We handled every interaction with care, thoughtful replies, real listening and constant presence, so the Hybrid community would feel they're talking to someone who's actually there.

CREATOR NETWORK

A brand's voice is louder when real people amplify it. We built and activated a network of more than 150 ongoing creators: relatable faces who bring Hybrid to life on their own channels, each time with an authenticity no ad can ever buy.

The result

In a single month, Hybrid's social impact grew by 37%. The mix works: organic content builds the connection with the audience, paid campaigns push it beyond the bubble, and Hybrid has earned a steady place in the feed of the right people.
