Yes, 100%. The code is released in a private repository to which you have full access from the first commit. There is no lock-in: if tomorrow you want to continue the project with another partner, you have everything. We specify it explicitly in the contract.

Privacy compliance is integral to every project, not a final addition. For each project we evaluate: data minimization, legal basis, compliant cookie banner, processing register, encryption, right to be forgotten, transfer outside the EU. For the first 30-60 days we follow you free of charge for urgent fixes and small corrections. After, we propose a structured maintenance plan covering: security updates, bug fixes, optimizations, monitoring, reactive support. It's modular: you choose the service level based on your needs.
